INFORMATION TEXT REGARDING LOG RECORDING

          This information notice has been prepared by Folyoterm Ambalaj Plastik Sanayi ve Ticaret A.Ş., located at Osmangazi Mahallesi Vatan Caddesi No:5/1 Esenyurt/ISTANBUL, as the Data Controller, in accordance with Article 10 of the Law No. 6698 on the Protection of Personal Data and the Communiqué on the Procedures and Principles to be Followed in Fulfilling the Obligation to Inform.

Within the business, personal data related to “Log Records” concerning the monitoring of internet usage provided is processed for the purposes of conducting information security processes and managing access authorization processes.

The personal data in question is collected electronically by granting access to electronic devices, based on the legal grounds stated in Article 5 of the Law, namely: “The processing of data is necessary for the legitimate interests of the data controller, provided that it does not harm the fundamental rights and freedoms of the data subject; it is necessary for the data controller to fulfill its legal obligations; it is necessary for the data controller to fulfill its legal obligations.”

The personal data in question may be transferred to “Authorized Public Institutions and Organizations (judicial authorities or relevant law enforcement agencies)” for the resolution of legal disputes or upon request as required by relevant legislation, and to “Lawyers” for the purpose of monitoring and conducting legal affairs.

The above data is transmitted based on the legal grounds stipulated in Article 5 of the Law No. 6698 on the Protection of Personal Data, namely: “it is necessary for the establishment, exercise, and protection of a right, and it is necessary for the data controller to fulfill its legal obligations.”

In accordance with the provisions of Article 11 of the Law No. 6698 on the Protection of Personal Data, you have the right to: learn whether your personal data is being processed; request information regarding the processing of your personal data if it has been processed; learn the purpose of the processing of your personal data and whether it is being used in accordance with its purpose; know the third parties to whom your personal data has been transferred domestically or abroad; request the correction of your personal data if it is incomplete or inaccurate; request the deletion or destruction of your personal data in accordance with the conditions stipulated in the Law No. 6698 on the Protection of Personal Data; request that the correction, deletion, or destruction of your incomplete or inaccurate personal data be notified to the third parties to whom your personal data has been transferred; object to the results of automated processing if you believe that an adverse outcome has arisen against you as a result of the analysis of your processed data exclusively through automated systems; and demand compensation for damages if you have suffered harm due to the unlawful processing of your personal data.

In accordance with the provisions of the Communiqué on the Procedures and Principles for Applications to the Data Controller, you may submit your requests regarding the rights specified in Article 11 of the Law No. 6698 on the Protection of Personal Data to Folyoterm Ambalaj Plastik Sanayi ve Ticaret A.Ş., the Data Controller, in writing to its address at Osmangazi Mahallesi Vatan Caddesi No:5/1 Esenyurt/ISTANBUL, or electronically to the email address folyoterm.ambalaj@hs02.kep.tr.
